George and Beth Davis are making the lunch for Oblate Sunday, September 7, 2014, at Saint Leo Abbey in Florida.

George says, 

"Friday night & Beth hacking & hewing all the vegetables and meat for the Gumbo. The sign over our kitchen is Latin & reads "captured by the odor of the kitchen". We look forward to feeding everyone Sunday. Peace, George"

They are also making their equally famous Crawfish Monica for Sunday lunch.
